G. Kalyan Kumar is a Chartered Accountant with expertise in Internal Audit, Information System Audit and Controlled Self Assessment. All Specialty Services offered by B’Risk are led personally by him. He is strategic advisor to more than 10 leading corporate houses. He is involved in conducting Information Systems Auditor Training (ISA- PG course introduced by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) in Delhi. He is also a visiting faculty for Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) training program conducted by Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) Delhi Chapter. He has authored two books: Internal Audit Manual for Practitioners published under ICAI – Internal Audit Standards Board in 2009 January; and IS Audit Question Bank which sold more than 10000 copies across India and published in 2003. The three organizations that he leads have cumulative expertise in Business Incubation, Business Restructuring, Entrepreneurship, Internal Audit, Information Systems Audit, Financial Information Sharing, Forecast and Trend Analysis.

Anusha Kannan is a qualified ACA and ACS having expertise in Risk Management, Information Security and Assurance. She has experience in designing audit process, implementing and testing audit controls and providing total audit support for various companies through a risk-based approach. She has also been involved in suggesting best practices for combating IT related risks, and in planning for disaster recovery. She has strong expertise in feasibility studies, business incubation and strategizing/ building business models for start-ups. Her key strength also lies in providing cost effective solutions for process reengineering and supporting its implementation. Besides contributing to B’Risk in the capacity of a Senior Advisor, she heads Beecon (the Management Consulting division of Brisk Corporate Services).

Vinod.R started his career as a fresher with B’Risk and has grown to become Project Head for B’Risk Division. In these 8 years, he has offered Advisory and Assurance Services for clients across the globe in varied industry segments such as Textile, Automotive, Pharmaceuticals, Telecom, and Banking. His areas of expertise include, Business Process Reengineering, Risk Assessment, Internal Audit, Access Review, IS Assurance, etc., His greatest strengths has been in marrying his expertise in Technology with his in-depth understanding of Processes. Born out of this are several significant products, our automated Performance Management System is one such. He has led delivery of some of our key mandates. To mention a few, he delivered e-Governance for Govt. of Kazakhstan to help reduce service time and eliminate corruption. For a leading Telecom company, he has led the setting up of Reconciliation Process and Review of Data Migration from various business applications to Oracle Financial Module for the purpose of Month-end/Quarter-end/Year-end financial closing.

Dinesh Agarwal has over 7 years experience in Management Assurance, specifically in the areas of Internal Audit, Information Systems Audit and Risk Assessment. His ever-growing passion for Finance and Accounts drives him and his team to excel every day. He is characterized by his innate ability to understand complex business environments. This has proven to be a valuable asset particularly in performing process reviews and standardization. He is quick to spot risks/ frauds and equally adept at foreseeing potential risks. Besides developing/ reviewing Accounting Policies & procedures, his key strength lies in his managerial abilities. He has personally overseen execution of Physical Verification of Fixed Assets in 56 locations, spread across the nation, in a single day. He also has great understanding of legal frameworks, taxation laws, statutory enactments and compliances. He has experience consulting for diverse mix of clients including start-ups, SMEs, established Corporate Houses, and International NGOs. He has technical expertise in Data Analysis software such as ACL and IDEA. He is a qualified CA and currently holds the position of Project Head B’Risk Division.
