- Progress is reviewed periodically. Feedback and scope of improvement is shared freely as and when. Managers do not wait till the end of the appraisal cycle to do so.
- Structured appraisals happen every 6 months. Goal completion is reviewed and new goals are set
- Appraisal system typically consists of Self-Appraisal, Manager Appraisal, and Client Appraisal.
